Challenge
They needed to build out a fleet of websites across multiple global markets and languages, that could be built out quickly as they expanded globally. These websites needed to be consistent, and have a flexible design system that could work with different languages and regulatory requirements.
Role
Led the discovery process, uncovering best practices and finding analogs
Led content strategy development, working functionally with UX and development to ensure that market sites would meet the needs of end users, while being flexible and scalable.
Developed a country-language selector for the sites in collaboration with UX.
Presented findings and approach to the Acadia Pharmaceutical marketing team.
Undertook a content audit of the global site and created a new taxonomy that would work across all sites.
Created a straightforward process for content creation and site upload.
