PetPlace is the leading website for pet information and provide lost pet services under the brand 24PetWatch.

Challenge

Low awareness of the lost pet services category with their core audience. To boost category and brand awareness, I led creative Meta ad development, as part of a larger paid strategy.

The client did not have a defined value proposition or creative brand guidelines for 24PetWatch.

Role

  • Led creative development, including facilitating ideation sessions and collaborating with creative designers on concept development.

  • Developed core creative themes which reflected their value proposition.

  • Presented creative themes to the clients incorporating their feedback into further rounds of development.

  • Defined tone of voice and style for each concept, then built out copy examples.

  • Wrote final ad copy, designed so to integrate with visual ad elements.

  • Provided clients with a toolkit and feedback to build out more concepts in-house.
